HT-Assistant
is a self-service cash assistant application. It works simultaneously with six self-service checkouts working on HT-Self CHeckout and HT-OTS Server. Controls the exit gate from the zone. It has functionality to quickly solve customer problems in the self-service sales process. Installed on a PC or mobile device.
In the self-checkout zone assistant application is installed on the back side of the payment station or on a tablet placed on the assistant table.
